L'ouvriere Candles are made from 100% pure beeswax and are hand poured and finished in our studio in upstate NY.  We offer a myriad of styles and shapes from the classical taper and bold larger pyramid to the whimsical little elephant and the sacred buddha, many from our own molds. The beeswax is colored in small batches with aniline dyes that produce deep, rich hues. Darker tones are generally formulated with raw yellow beeswax. Lighter shades are produced using "whitened" beeswax, which is mechanically rather than chemically processed and retains a creamy soft white hue and scent of beeswax.
